This policy describes what information Pexon Systems Ltd ("we") collects on pexonsystems.com and how it is used.

What we collect

• Quote requests. When you submit the contact form, we receive the details you provide: name, company, email, phone, country and areas of interest. We use them solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare a commercial offer.
• On-site assistant. Messages typed into the chat widget are processed in your browser to show instant answers. They are not transmitted to our servers and are discarded when you close the page.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited — for security and performance. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

How we use it

Inquiry data is used only to communicate with you about equipment, availability and pricing. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

Retention & your rights

Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to serve your request and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to sales@pexonsystems.com.
